Both sides, front and back, in daylight and dry conditions if you can — a phone camera is fine. Photograph any damage or scratch marks as well, and send those over with the form.
Registration, date registered, mileage, MOT due date and service history. Please be as honest as you can: we reserve the right to change a valuation if the bike arrives at the workshop not as described.
We consult our underwriters on petrol bikes, or value pre-owned electric bikes on your photos and answers, then come back to you with a figure.
