I see most reviews are positive, which is great, because I fully support the success of EV bikes and believe they are better than their liquid fuel counter-parts, having owned one already.

The problem I found with EEMC was with communications. Replies were vague and avoidant. It wasn't possible to get straight answers to straight forward questions despite repeated attempts.

Then the price of the new bike advertised turned out to be a demo bike, which they then added £1k to the advertised price out of nowhere (which seems like a rather backward approach to pricing).

They didn't actually have to do much to sell to me, I have the funds and already want the bike, I was ok with the price and had a couple of simple questions. With the random price increase to one side (as it was obviously falsely advertised), to my mind the communication experience is already so poor, how can they be trusted to deal with things appropriately if there was an issue after the sale.

As I say, if reviews here are genuine then people seem quite happy at the buying stage, but it's a big red flag for me when any company can't manage an easy sale like this. If there is any doubt it's safer to walk away and source from a seller who can build trust and who puts even a little effort in. I am sharing this as it's something for prospective buyers to consider if they are thinking about buying anything from here.

I highly recommend EEMC. They helped me with insurance, answered a ton of questions, and ultimately delivered a used bike that seemed brand new.

I wish I could give this a good review but unfortunately I have been waiting a month for a bike I purchased when I was told it would take a week originally. I did call them last week and managed to find out that I would be contacted in a few days but I didn't hear a word. I gave 2 stars because they did hold the bike a few more days while I had my money clear for upfront payment.

A couple of months ago my Zero SR/S had a reccuring multiple power error reports. The seller of the bike could not repair it so contacted EEMC. They said they would have a look. They had the history of the machine, found it was still in warranty, identified the dash was due for a recal fix, fitted this and looked at all the bikes operational data. They were not sure if they had fixed the problem but gave me a charge so I could get home. Three months later I've no longer have the power error, nor does it cut out, all is wonderful. If you have an electric bike get if service and fixed here, don't waste your time with any other outlet.

I'd contacted EEMC several times to get advice and information about my electric motorcycles. Every time, I received a prompt and extremely helpful response. Most recently, I purchased some used parts for my 2018 Zero DSR. I had these fitted at a local motorcycle garage and am completely satisfied with the results. I only wish that they were not so far away from my home. I'd definitely be a more regular customer and visitor.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough.

I'm a customer of EEMC. I bought my Energica Eva Ribelle from the team back in 2022 and they were extremely supportive in the lead-up to purchase, allowing me to demo the bike over a weekend, which ultimately saw me "sign on the line" and buy my own.

They were extremely supportive in the run-up to collection, fitting the Power Distribution Module I wanted added to supply accessories, a tracker, my satnav cradle, and an external waterproof power socket for accessories.

I've made a point of going back for all my servicing needs and they have been great even while the future of Energica was uncertain after bankruptcy (fortunately resolved now). It's a reasonable trek from the Midlands but worth the day off for the bike to be in expert hands and for a catch-up with Alec and Nathan.

They've let me demo other electric motorbikes and were kind enough to let a friend of mine borrow another Energica Eva Ribelle to accompany me on my then relatively new Ribelle from Land's End to John O'Groats, and on to the top of Shetland, recreating a journey I did on my previous electric motorcycle, a 2016 Zero DSR, back in 2017.

I know that EEMC have always put supporting their customers at the heart of their business and they've been strong advocates of electric motorcycling from the start, while others have them as a (sometimes seemingly reluctant) side business. You won't find a better clued-up team in the country.

A huge shout out and thank you to EEMC, Alec, Nathan (Oli and Max too, even if not there now ). A fantastically dedicated team from pre-sale advice though test rides, sale and after sale care & service.
I bought my Energica Eva Ribelle RS (MY2020 ex-factory press bike) in November 2021 and it's terrific. EEMC prepared the bike beautifully and it was delivered to home in Somerset. I should also add that their mobile 'servicing' service is really useful .
In conclusion I can whole heartedly highly recommend the English Electric Motor Co

To be clear, on the facts of my personal situation, I do NOT, own a car, and I commute daily, in all weathers, all year round, on ALL my motorcycles.
I feel this information necessary, to point out the importance of keeping my motorcycles in the very best of condition.
The quality of service and attention to detail provided as standard by both Alec and Nathan, at EEMC, are in my opinion, a masterclass, above and beyond that of ANY, motorcycle sales and service, centre in the country, certainly, that of East Anglia. EEMC is NOT, the only motorcycle dealership and service, that I use, in fact I use 3, only one of which are a main dealer!
However English Electric Motor Company, are without doubt, the last word on any issues, maintenance and advice, with both my petrol motorcycles, and my electric motorcycles.
For the record, I have also owned, an Aprilia, and Honda, and currently own a gen 4, MT09.
Furthermore, I have purchased 4, electric motorcycles, from EEMC over the 8+ years, purchasing both Zero and Energica EV's, and I currently still own a 22, Energica Esse 9, which is my daily ride.
I have also been very fortunate to have tested ALL the Zero line up, likewise with Energica, Surron, Talaria, RGNT, Supa soco, an opportunity, of which I would never had, with ANY dealership, anywhere else.
If your only thinking, of testing out any electric motorcycle, EEMC is, the only dealership, I recommend

First class (and beyond) customer service. The team are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I was exploring electric motorcycles for several months before buying. All questions were helpfully answered, with no pushy sales nor judgement (as I tried to make sense of things).

When it came to buying there was no hard sell, just plenty of understanding and support. Picked up bike on Wednesday and absolutely love it! (after sales support is also great, as had a few questions which they were able to help with).

Big shout out to Nathan and Oli in particular for all their help - awesome place to buy an electric motorcycle! :-)

Have been wanting to visit here for ages so today i did and it didn't disappoint.
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
There is plenty of parking for bikes and cars.
The decor inside is great.
We rode tested 2 electric bikes and was very surprised how well these things go.
Definitely worth a visit.
