Larger & More Capable for Growing Riders
The Torrot MX2 Motocross MY26 is the next step up from the MX1, aimed at slightly older and more confident kids — typically those around 6–10 years old (depending on height and ability). Compared with the MX1, the MX2 has a taller fixed seat height of 640 mm and a heavier overall weight of 35 kg (with battery), giving it a more substantial motocross presence while still remaining manageable for young riders.
Increased Power & Top Speed
Performance on the MX2 is noticeably stronger than the MX1. It’s equipped with a programmable electric motor that delivers up to 1500 W of power and a top speed of 44 km/h (≈27 mph) — a bit quicker than the MX1’s 42 km/h. Like the MX1, the MX2 uses Torrot’s parental app to limit speed and adjust power curves, but its larger motor means more torque and stronger acceleration, suited to steeper terrain and bigger obstacles.
Bigger Battery with Longer Charge
The MX2 also ups the battery capacity compared to the MX1. It uses a 46.8 V / 8.8 Ah (~412 Wh) removable lithium battery, giving more runtime per charge. Charging with the supplied 54.6 V / 2 A charger typically takes about 5 hours, around an hour longer than the MX1 due to the higher capacity. This larger battery, combined with the stronger motor, makes the MX2 better for longer rides and more ambitious off-road sessions.
