Stepping Up for Bigger Kids
The Torrot SM2 Supermotard MY26 takes everything that makes the SM1 fun and beginner-friendly and scales it up for older or more confident riders. With a seat height of 845 mm and larger 12″ wheels, the SM2 fits taller kids, typically around 6–10 years old (dependent on height and ability). Its more substantial frame and increased suspension travel give the bike a more substantial presence and improved handling over uneven terrain or longer rides.
Stronger Electric Performance
Under the skin, the SM2 boasts a larger programmable motor rated up to 1500 W, giving it more torque and responsiveness than the SM1. Its top speed of 44 km/h (≈27 mph) provides a bit more performance for developing riders while still being controllable via the Torrot parental app. As with the SM1, you can limit speed, adjust throttle curves, and manage brake/regen settings through the app for a tailored and safer riding experience.
Bigger Battery & Confident Handling
The SM2 is equipped with a 46.8 V / 8.8 Ah (~412 Wh) removable lithium battery, providing greater range between charges compared to the SM1. Charging with the supplied 54.6 V / 2 A charger typically takes around 5 hours to reach full capacity. At 37 kg (with battery) and featuring hydraulic brakes and 125 mm rear suspension travel, the SM2 balances improved performance with stable, predictable handling — ideal for kids advancing in skill and seeking longer, more engaging rides.
